Sarah’s Goal: Sustainable fat loss and muscle gain

Training Highlights:

  • 2 month transformation– 5 lb fat loss/5 lb muscle gain. This includes taking time off training and diet during Christmas season!
  • Training with me only twice a week
  • Only followed about 80% of the diet plan and still achieved fantastic results!

Now she is independent enough to go to the gym and train by herself- She knows what exercises to do, how to do them properly, and how to progress once they become too easy. She knows how to eat properly for her long term sustainable goals- which means there are no food restrictions, only moderation.
