Jennifer’s Goal: Get back into Fitness

 

Jennifer came to me feeling unmotivated and needing help with being consistent at the gym. After four months of training, she is far more invested in her health, she’s taking charge of her diet and lifestyle, she’s going to the gym on her own twice as well as training with me twice a week. She’s happy with how she looks, but still wants to be better- and she is so close to her ideal body which is motivation enough to keep going!
