Beginner: At-Home Training Program

 

I created this program when I started getting a lot of requests to train women at home. A lot of them were intimidated by a gym environment and wanted the comfort of their homes. Some also had small children they needed to be around as well as very busy schedules. Being at home had its challenges, with minimal to no equipment so I had to create a program that is effective and intense enough to get results. This is an 8-week  program that will be individualised to you and your goals and comes with a nutrition plan.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Example:

This client has 4 workouts per week, 16 workouts total in one month. Clicking on each exercise takes you to the video.
