What is this program?

My Fitness Mentorship program is an online coaching program for anyone looking to make a change in their health and fitness but doesn’t know what to do. This program is a step-by-step guide to achieving your fitness goal.

Online coaching is the future of Personal Training as people are looking online for everything. You already get all your fitness information from Fitness blogs, YouTube or Instagram, so why not get an individualised, organised, step-by-step program from someone you trust will get you results?


Who is this program for?

For women who are:

  • looking to get in shape without breaking the bank
  • looking to get started in fitness but don’t know what to do
  • need structure to their training and nutrition for a specific goal
  • need to be held accountable to reach their goal


How long does it take to see results with your Fitness Mentorship Program?

It depends! Clients start seeing changes in as little as 3 weeks, however a complete transformation can take up to a year, depending on your starting point.

Clients also change their goals as they go along and achieve what they originally wanted.


Is this a good investment?

Absolutely. This is coming from someone who has used similar services in the past being a seasoned fitness professional myself. I had no idea how useful accountability would be in achieving my goals.

The advantages of coaching are countless.


How will I know I am performing the exercises correctly if it’s all online?

The program comes with a video demonstration of every exercise. You also have the option of filming your exercises and sending them to me for form-check. Clients who live in the Greater Toronto Area also have the option of combining online training with in-person training few times per month.


Is this just a workout and meal plan? I can get that online for free.

It’s more than a workout and meal plan. This is a lifestyle change program. It’s a step-by-step guide to achieving your goal and it’s individualised to you. A plan for you won’t work for someone else, which is why the free programs online usually don’t work unless you change them to match your background, your goals, your injuries, your schedule, your ability, equipment available to you, etc. You also don’t get individualised meal options- what if you don’t like any of the food in that meal plan? Will you stick with it? My program includes food you already eat in your daily life which is why it’s so easy to follow long-term.

There is no mentorship and accountability with a free program so you’re completely reliant on self-motivation. As you know, motivation is fleeting, it comes and goes. Habits are forever, which is what my program builds.

When you are not self-motivated and are not held accountable, so you can easily quit- even when you are SO close to your goal.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes. It is tough to offer a guarantee as I can never be 100% sure if you are doing what you are supposed to.

I am 100% sure if you try your best to follow my program, you will get results. My methods are scientific, everything is measured and recorded, there’s no way you won’t get results if you are following it 100%.
